NATURAL DYE WORKSHOP WITH KATHLEEN ADAMS OLSEN
Sunday May 19th 11am-4pm
Join us at Honeychurch Antiques for an afternoon of discovery. Exploring the world of textile dyeing and your creativity. Learn about the dyeing process and techniques to achieve patterns provided by textile artist, Kathleen Adams Olsen, MA. from Waters Edge Fiber & Dye.
We will forage for local flora while learning about the environment and turn our found treasures into a physical memory imprinted on beautiful textiles.
Be amazed at the results from your creative collaboration with the nature that surrounds us on this very special land!
This workshop will include a silk crepe scarf and cotton bandana, as well as refreshments and dessert. Please bring your own lunch.
